You can customize your avatar by choosing lots of different hair styles, t-shirts, glasses, facial hair, hats, etc. Apart from that, you can also customize your room with dozens of interesting items.
Bitcoin Billionaire is one of those simple games that for some reason still manages to hook you. Its excellent pixelated graphics make playing it a true delight.
